Pulled Pork Sundaes (aka Pork Parfaits)

This year's NFA Day featured a delicacy put together by lovemywoods and Mrs. lovemywoods. They were coined "Pulled Pork Sundaes" or "Pork Parfaits".

On the bottom was a layer of BBQ pulled pork. Then came a layer of garlic mashed potatoes. More pulled pork. And an ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes. Then drizzled with BBQ sauce, sprinkled with bacon bits, and topped with a cherry tomato. The "straw" was a Slim Jim.

They were AWESOME!

Truth be told they were more of an "appetizer".

We did desserts proper-like with pies and brownies and cookies and cupcakes.
