I wont speak for Joniki, but I watched the video before I posted the link to the Fox59 article and recognized Kirk. I didn't think it was necessary to mention his name as I know Kirk has a job to do like anyone else here.

Generally NOT the best defense money can buy. I have no opinion on Kirk as a lawyer. I say good on him for doing his duty.
