There is a photo of police escorting the shooter to their car. He is in blue jeans. These people are officers.

Whether the person is the shooter or LEO, why should we not post the pics? They are already out there. Shoud we keep our head in the sand? If this guy is a good samaritan or LEO in the midst or aftermath of an active school shooting, I would think they would want to wear SOMETHING to identify themselves as a good guy.

Those pictures are of an officer. He was later relieved by another officer with his sidearm only.

Apparently, one was killed.

"He went in, did what he wanted (apparently targets one person), left his gun behind, then went outside to be confronted by police."

Post what you want, I like to see all the pictures, helps to show that LEO does not look like it and adds to the confusion, might help to avoid blue on blue shooting...

Why? Because if those are responding officers, most of us do not need to see their faces. It compromises their ability to blend in and to respond if needed.
Although if there were two armed ISP troopers and they did not respond, I'd sure want to know why. There may be a good reason, but I can't imagine it right now.
