    I work for a company (day in and day out for many years) as a contractor. Does this mean I have no protection under this statute because I am not technically an "employee?"

    I have no issues with them and they are pretty awesome. I was just wondering about this hypothetically after reading about this statute in Guy's lawsuit thread..
