Ex-Air Force. Recruited out of Detroit, and mustered out at Detroit as Home Of Record. Does my DD214 lend me any points with those IN and OUT points in Michigan, in re applying for my MI license? Now reside in IN. Have lifer-license here, and pretty sure I need MI license to carry. Do not wish to buy, merely carry in, around, and out. Thanks
