Ok so I saw the video where someone used a 3D printing outfit to make an AR15 or similar type rifle. I know you can do 3d printing in plastic as well as metal.

Question 1, If you were to have access to this equipment and manufacture your own AR15 fully functional, do you now have to fill out a form and pay a tax stamp.

Question 2, do you have to be a FFL license holder to manufacture this weapon.

Question 3, what if you were to make that rifle fully automatic, is it now an illegal MG?

Yes, unless you have the appropriate FFL

I am 99.9% sure, so according to commercials lately that means "I don't know"

You can make any Title I firearm you are legally able to own without a license as long as it is for yourself.

You can make any Title II (NFA) firearm you want and are legally able to own (except a machine gun) without a license so long as you have an approved Form 1 in hand before you manufacture the item, or before it actually falls under Title II.
