Question re tritium sights for Springer XDM

A friend of mine has a 9mm Springfield XDM. He wants to have nightsights installed on it. The Brownells and Midway USA listings for Meprolights only mention sights for the Springfield XD, not the XDM.

Does the XDM accept the same sights as the XD? If the answer is 'yes', does teh XDM (which has a 4.5" barrell) use the sights for the 4" XD or the 5" XD, or do these two pistols use the same sights?

to my knowledge, they are different from a XD.

The XD sights will work on the XDm. I have Trijicons installed on mine, and as far as I know, and there aren't different sights for different barrel lengths. Trijicons, Meprolights, and TruGlo XD sights will all fit on the XDm.

The stock style is different (ramped rear sight vs. block), but the dovetail is cut the same.
