I fired the Mossberg .308 I picked up on trade today. I must say that I'm very pleased with it. I only got the chance to fire at 100 yards today.
Positives
1. The bolt locks up nice and tight and there is zero play.
2. The trigger is light, and it breaks nice and crisp. It's very comparable to the Savage accu-trigger.
3. The stock is rigid and does not flex at all.
Negatives
1. The magazine kind of gave me fits. The last round is a pain to chamber at times. The round has to be all way to the rear of the magazine, or it will not chamber.
Now I just need to get a better scope, reloading equipment, and components.
This is my best three shot group firing 150 grain Federal Power Shok.
