...makes you go huh? I know it's rather simplistic to establish a direct relationship between 100's of Chinese workers threatening to commit suicide and the balance of naval power shifting in the Pacific. But when you read them back to back as I just did, it made me consider that maybe we shouldn't put our men and treasure at risk so that our kids can get Xbox's, made by Chinese workers that work in a place that makes them want to kill themselves.
Simplistic yes...but my son bought himself an Xbox 360 with his Christmas money a couple of weeks ago. Maybe I'll print that story out so that he can see what his money goes to pay for.
