Friends, I've decided on a Glock 30S for my next purchase and am reaching out if you would know any stores within a manageable radius of downtown Indianapolis that you liked buying from.

US Defense solutions in Greenwood and Parabellum in Avon are my go to shops, both easily accessed from downtown.
USDS is the best, but be aware for several months that you can’t access them from US37. Google maps should bring you in from the East.

I would avoid Indy Arms Co for transfers. Last time they left it on the shelf for five days before calling and letting me come in to pick it up.

Sucks there are so few FFLs inside the loop that don't require a long drive out of town.

And avoid Indy gun bunker. (Just outside 465 on E Washington. )

I think they used to be Pop Guns on Post rd and I’ve been treated like crap both places.

I know, I've stood in their store and listened to it ring and ring...

I really get the feeling they just aren't staffed near enough. Every time I stop on the way home from work it's a near madhouse. The people they do have are professional in their demeanor and take quality time with customers but there needs to be four more of them on the floor at any given time. Those two guys are slinging guns like mad and there's always people waiting. Guess transfers and phone just aren't a priority compared to taking people's money over the counter.
