Geting ready to go catch some Tennesee fish. I understand the Asian Carps have gotten into the lake. Hope it is not ruined.

I was there in March and did not see any. Are you going after Crappie or Gills ?

Its been several years since I was there but I remember it well. Some of the biggest gills I ever caught. Snakes everywhere. Watch it if it gets windy the lake chops up bad. A great time, I will be back someday.

The last time I was there we had two carp jump into the boat. They got bad when the wind chops up the water. We only ran into them twice. Not bad for 4 days and running back to the lodge for lunchs.

I was there in March also. Did some snagging at the spillway over by Cypress Point. Brought in a decent carp and hooked something else so massive I broke my pole in half. Wasn't really prepared for the buffalo they have down there, but I will be next year.
