I'm thinking about having my cousin make me some practice rounds and shipping them from TX to Indy. He has been doing reloads for his 45 & 40 cal for years. He will have to buy the dye for 9 mm but says he thinks it will still be cheaper than buying from local stores. He also said 9 mm is a little tricky to do until I fire them and let him know what happens.
Just wandered how many people use reloads for practice what others though about it.
    Thanks

It'll definitely be cheaper since the price of ammo is crazy right now. The problem is finding the primers which have also dried up in supply. 9mm usually wasn't the most cost effective previously since it could be bought cheap but I still do it. Now it makes a lot more sense.
If he's willing to put in the time, I'd get him the materials to reload it for you.
