there is a point where it has to do with the general well being over just the idea that capitalism is good.
Greed isn't the best thing and when i starts getting this bad, you are going to find that only the rich will be able to afford to shoot firearms.
That means they will be the only ones who can defend themselves and the only ones for whom the 2nd Amd will have any meaning.

I suppose if this is what you feel is a Free Market and is what we are supposed to espouse as "Americans" then it is a good thing that .22LR goes for a buck a round.
While I'm no socialist I do think that the current situation is getting a bit ridiculous.

However, it is true that people ill only sell what the market will bear so it isn't their fault that there are so many dopes out there.
I can probably hold out for some 10 or more years on what I have laying around in both .22 ammo and loading components so what do I care?
No doubt I will continue to add to the reserves as I am able to do so as well.

So screw 'em, why do I care.. :p

I fail to see how putting an item up for auction, asking for people to bid what they want to pay could ever be construed as greed? You aren't even setting a greedy price.

That said, I'm listing my 525 box. I don't even like Remington ammo.

We should call it the "Arms and Ammunition Bubble". Much like the other recent bubbles, people buy when the market is high. The market subsides and prices return to normal and then they complain. I wonder if the remorseful buyer will get government relief to help offset the bad investment later?
Holy cow I think I just uncovered a buy back conspiracy. What if the government attempts confiscation disguised as a voluntary buy back program to help the panic buyers out when the market returns to normal??? jk

Part of Free Trade, if you want the prices to come down, simply don't buy. It's all supply and demand. It's been that way forever. That said, why are folks being reported? I don't understand that.

As the man said there is one born every minute. Some times I wonder if this is all a ploy by manufacturer's to see what price the market will bear. Next will be all the ammo you want with a fixed higher price.
