Removing a Rock River TRO handguard

So, I think I have a grasp on how to do it, but there is surprisingly little that I could find about this process. I'm planning on swapping it out for an ALG Defense M-LOK rail, since it's half the weight and gives me M-LOK, not to mention it's dirt cheap for a handguard. Back on topic, have any of you guys taken one of these off of/put one on your AR?
