So how do "badges" work? I see such a sporadic and inconsistent coloration of them among users.

Gave out my reps for the day, two badges.

GPIA7R, Badges are gold,silver and "bronze". You get one bronze each time your rep count bar is full, which is 15 bars. After 5 bronze you get one silver. 5 more bronze, another silver. After 5 silvers you get a gold.

I believe the above to be true. If I am wrong, what else is new, I'm still human!!!
