Reserve Police Units: A Question

Marion county paid us $5 a year (for insurance purposes in the 90's). Does that count as paid???

I would assume so, and I would expect that this would be the most common way to get around this little technicality.

Do you get a uniform allowance? That's pay.

Do you get a life insurance policy? That's pay.

Do you get health benefits? That's pay.
