    Sorry if I missed it. I just read 250+ posts about rep "power" being at zero and didn't see if there was a resolution to the problem.
    I can still only give 0 rep points.
    That's kinda like kissing your cousin, yeah, it's a kiss but really doesn't do anything.
    Again, if I missed the answer I'm apologize for beating a dead horse.

    The more rep receive get, the more power to give rep you have (starting at zero). I know, rep is pointless and the system is silly, but that's how it works.

    Oh, This explains it. I spoke to a couple of guys at the 1500 booth who had no idea what I was talking about when I said that My Rep choice was +0. Guess in a few years I might be able to give some, or maybe not.
