Probably would depend on it it had some Fentanyl mixed in.
My cousin was a heavy meth with Fentanyl mixed in user. He died when he got to much and his brain shut down for good.
I may have that mixed up as I'm not sure if he mixed it together or took both one after the other.

Sounds like a newer version of what they used to call a "speedball" in the 70s and 80s. Coke with heroin. If that's the case they were done together, or very close.
