Road Rage, Shot fired?

I'm in Lexington Ky. this week and this was the top News story yesterday. He evidently didn't like driver 1 videoing him with a cellphone. Driver 1 stated he fired a shot at him but that's still under investigation.

You'd think a dude who works in corrections would be sufficiently motivated to stay out of jail.
