    that moron would have seen the business end of my G23 when he bailed out of the truck the first time and came running up. what happened next would be entirely up to him

    When he intentionally rammed me and I saw I was unable to safely evade him, I'd have either ran him over or shot him, as the situation dictated. I wouldn't risk the lives of others on the road by continuing to attempt to evade, and his ramming me is deadly force.

    If that were in the U.S., would that be justifyable to shoot the guy? I always worry about being put in a situation where I felt I had to shoot someone and ended up in jail myself crushing my family.

    the guy deserved it! who in the right mind is going to drive that slow and allow someone to walk all over them like that?! if i didn't have a gun i would simply take off and let them chase me. if i had a gun.. well i'd put it to use!

    I can answer that on a personal level, ask the guy driving a maroon 90's buick with the brown stain on his drivers seat, he met Mr Ruger. No qualms on my part for drawing down on him
