Bought new, I carried it on and off a couple years. No issues and still looks new. Comes with 2 8rd ruger mags and 1 Chip McCormick. Holster is made by a company in Fort Wayne and sold by ZX gun. I think 280 rounds fmj and 90 rounds carry ammo. $700 I will ride up to an hour to meet from Columbia City.
