I've been looking at what to buy next and I like the looks and reviews I've seen for the 22/45 lite. The newer model that shows being released in Feb 2014 looks great. Anyone else jumping on one of these? I'm really looking for something I can upgrade with a suppressor so this will probably fill the need.

I have the 22/45 lite in gold very nice gun, don't like the way the mags fit need to get the kit to fix that but shoots great

    All you need is this:

Ruger Mark III, Ruger 22 Pistol and 22/45 Magazine Disconnect Removal Bushing

You replace the magazine disconnect and the factory hammer bushing with this. 10 minute job. Mags will drop free and seat easier. Also makes disassembly easier as you don't have to insert the mag several times.

    ETA:

If you really want a nice trigger pull too, you can put a Volquartsen Mark II accurizing kit in it. The Mark II version omits the magazine disconnect and replaces the sear, trigger and hammer.
