Russian Forces in the U.S.

Saw this article and could not believe it. I know foreign troops have trained here, and I know that they (Russian soldiers) were in Ft. Carson, Colorado last year training. (My son is stationed there, and trained with them)

I can't fathom Russian forces actually patrolling the streets here.

Anyone else seen this?
