Hi Everyone! I've got a S&W Bodygaurd for EDC and Im really happy with it. However, I've noticed with the magazines that when they are empty they no longer have the spring strength to push up the slide catch to hold it open. Everything is new, I've only got 150rnds through it, and even bought a spare factory mag with which I'm experiencing the same problem. Is it ok to disassemble the mags and stretch the spring? Seems like that would only be a temporary fix.
Anyone else experience this and know of a permanent remedy? Please advise and thnx.
