Ok so what ammo can I use? Some people say no +P 124, some even say no +P 100? Opinions?

According to the manual, +P OK, +P+ NOT OK.

“Plus-P” (+P) ammunition generates pressures in excess of thepressures associated with standard ammunition. Such pressuresmay affect the wear characteristics and may result in the need formore frequent service.

I was going to add and not trying to be a smart A-- but read your manual and if you didn't get one ...check it out on line at the makers web site. Now I will go lay down and shut my mouth.

Related note- my m&p 9's (2 of them) do not like hard primers. I had some Wolf steel cased and about every 5-10 rounds didn't go off due to light primer strikes.
