I think you will have a tough time finding one right now. Bradis is at least 10 customers deep that have paid n full waiting on one.

It possible to stumble on a shop that happened to get one in but S&W distributors hav them on allocation and they typically go to the biggest retailers first in these shortage situations.

You might be able to find one at the gun show this weekend.

+1 to 1500. I've found one Shield in stores and it was in a little ma and paw gun shop in Sandusky, Ohio. Sweet people ran a gun shop out of their garage It was awesome. They had a Shield 40. Lots of people are asking, but I haven't found one. Best of luck with the search!

I got mine in a small town. They had one each time I went in. Never was the gun in the case. This was back in March or April. Now everyone wants it bc of the good press and reviews. Go to places where they don't have much customer traffic and you might have a chance. You probably will pay more though.
