    I understand the general concept of pre-emption - to prevent petty tyrants in their own localities from passing bizarre local anti gun laws. Curious though about what laws would be covered - particularly the restrictions on carrying in Indy parks. Would this restriction be lifted if the bill is signed?

    Good question. I've been curious also. Too much legal mumbo jumbo for my simple mind to grasp in the writtings.

    For instance locally here in Brookville; Last year they passed a local ordinance outlawing guns on any property owned by the town of Brookville. Will SB 292 have an affect on such ordinances?????
