Bigger question is do they have the right to stop any and every car driving down the street to satisfy their curiosity? I think not. The same applies here. Our biggest response is the "Can you articulate to a judge what crime you suspect me of committing?".

We are in dire need of diversity of fast food choices here. Hardees @ Merchants Square pulled out, no more Long Johns @ Carmel Drive and Range Line. I would love to see a Captain D's locate somewhere on the North side of Indy or Carmel. Best deep fried fast food for seafood in my opinion. I may loose some more weight if my choices get healthier.
