    It is my understanding that since it is a pre 1899 gun it is considered an antique. Thus it is not considered a firearm and thus not a SBR.

    Pre jan 1899 guns do not need to go through an FFL for transfers. So this would not need any special paperwork or transfers at all. Ship it to your door.
