I've got an issue concerning the cross hairs on any rifle scope. Per the thread title, I wear glasses and when I look through a scope the cross hairs are cocked at an angle. If I look through the same scope without my glasses on, the cross hairs are vertical and 90 degree horizontal.
So, when first putting a scope on a rifle, should I do it without my glasses on or should I have my glasses on. I do know if you rotate the rifle slightly off vertical, your point of impact changes from shot to shot.
    Any thoughts/ideas?

Hmm, now that's an interesting one. My first thoughts are that you should set it without your glasses on. Not sure what in your glasses would be throwing them off. Dumb question but are you sure you're holding your head at the same angle on the rifle both with and without your glasses?

Do you have astigmatism? If so, they look slanted because its worse in that eye and the nens refracts the light at extreme angles to make both PoV seems similar and "crisp and clear"

If not, time for a new script.
