HERESY! Don't you know you're not suppose to put scopes on lever actions!!!!

LOL- I don't know it either. I run a BSA 1-4x32 on my 1894ss and it's done great. Small, light scope that doesn't mess with the balance of the rifle at all.

A&A has a 1-4 that I will be putting on mine. Hit up Allen, he may have some good suggestions for you.

Edit: I should have known he was going to respond sooner rather than later.

I know Annie Oakley is laughing right now, but the eyes are not what they used to be. I would like to spend no more than $125.00

you can get close to that, but i dont know of a scope with rings, and base that will be of any quality at that price range the cheapest scope i will even put on my gun show table is 129, i wont sell a scope that wont function as i see the same people over and over again at shows and i want to be able to look them in the eye next time i see them.

dont take this as me being rude, im just being honest. ive tried nearly every scope made at some point and time and thats just the facts
