Customer in a pizza shop is beaten by two armed robbers. Customer shoots both robbers. Fatal center of mass shot on one robber, wounded other robber.

The story I read said the robbers are Brothers, they had BB guns with out the orange tip & the customers LTC was expired, but the cops didn't care about that.

Yep, the customer's concealed carry permit was expired but the county district attorney announced today that the customer won't be charged.

Customer was using a .45 caliber Glock and has mil training. Customer still hasn't been publicly ID'd. Robbers were using pellet guns.

Even though it looks like the customer will be free of criminal charges, it wouldn't surprise me if the robbers and/or their family will file a civil lawsuit. Could be a long, expensive road for the customer.
