    Investigators looked into the customer, but his gun permit appeared to check out.
    No charges for customer...


    I have a feeling the reporter doesn't like guns.

    Was being pistol whipped and still got to both of them.

    As always I hope there is video and maybe a little background on the anonymous shooter.

    Yep, the customer's concealed carry permit was expired but the county district attorney announced today that the customer won't be charged.

    Customer was using a .45 caliber Glock and has mil training. Customer still hasn't been publicly ID'd. Robbers were using pellet guns.

    Even though it looks like the customer will be free of criminal charges, it wouldn't surprise me if the robbers and/or their family will file a civil lawsuit. Could be a long, expensive road for the customer.
