Hopefully someone can answer this question. I am purchasing some new ammunition and want to sell my older personal 12ga. ammo. Roughly speaking around 25-30 cases/flats.

If someone in Indiana wants to purchase them from me, can I sell them legally? Obviously, I want to ensure the federal requirements such as 18 years and older, etc.

    Thanks for the help.

Just don't sell reloaded ammunition. For that you'll need an FFL manufacturer's license and a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy.
