Senate "UBC" bill would make virtually every gun owner a felon

If you were wondering why “universal background checks” on gun transfers is a bad thing, here it is. The current Senate bill would criminalize virtually every gun owner in America and even turn gun safety classes into criminal activities. Why? Because in typical Democrat fashion, the bill does not limit the definition of “transfer” to simply mean “sell” or “transfer ownership.” It gets pretty murky.

I would say that it isn't an omission, rather it is the entire POINT of their bill. It would give the opportunity to grab guns. They hope to slip it by.

I know I love that my girlfriend would have to stay somewhere else if I had to go on a trip for work that lasted more than 7 days or it's a felony punishable by 5 years in prison.
