I have, it's a great course. The schedule isn't awesome, but I learned a lot. Loved seeing the flight crews cry in the field too haha.

I was one of those members of the flight crews you speak of...Eastern Washington in the mountains in December. Good times. the field part was kinda cool. I learned alot. the resistance part, not so much. I have fond memories of it now, but at the time i just wanted it to be over.

Had a couple classes as part of our Reconnaissance School training and a short class prior to deployment to Viet Nam. Then we had practical application exercises over in Nam.

Curious. Heard some about how the course has changed over the years

Warner springs in the 80's for me.

I was one of those flght crew guys

    No crying though

I'm guessing that guy was a ground pounder who lost a girlfriend to a guy with a G1

    Happened lot

That course was one of the pat valuable I have ever taken

I have just seen a fair amount of "experts" of recent vintage who offer advice based on self guided training

But the "bug out" concept (a concept with questionable viability in the first place) seems a sere concept turned 180 degrees out, but with a similar underlying skill set
