    i applied for my life time permit on december 29 th and still havent heard or seen anything . i done the electronic finger prints and payed the local police department so i was just wandering if i should have had it by now . i heard doing the finger prints electronicly was faster . i have also heard of people who applied in january and have already gotten theres but just what i heard so dont know if its true or not .

    You should be not just worried, but in a state of blind panic. I recommend going to the grocery store and buying all the bread and milk you can get your hands on.

    Im in my 5th month of waiting and they havent even gotten to my app to start the background check yet.

    I wouldnt say to be worried about it, sometimes they just take longer. If you becomed really concerned about it, I would say to contact the nearest ISP post and ask them about it. I think the nearest to your location would be the Pendleton post, here is the website that has their information.

    You dont just call any ISP post .. they have a firearms licensing division. Their number is.. 317-233-5054

    haha .. even if I felt comfortable talking to Scutter like that I wouldnt be in this case. I was more referring to the new members that have post counts that consist of a single digit offering up all this crazy nonsense. :)

    I applied for mine in mid-Feb. so you will get yours way before me. Lucky. I'm sure they have a ton of paperwork to go through. I liked the inkless system.

    thanks for the replies . i knew there was a big rush for new permits with all the gun control talk , but i just figured i would have had it by now . again thanks for the replies .
