Silencers

I saw a thread on here from 2+ years about laws on owning a silencer in Indiana. Can some on please tell me the exact law or an update on what I need to do to own. Last i saw was its a $200 tax. I want a one for a walther p22 for a eye grabber when I shoot with my friends. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Basically its a lot of paperwork and a $200 tax to the ATF followed by lots of waiting before you can take it home.
