I've yet to run into something that couldn't be removed with the FREE VERSION of this:

    Malwarebytes

Download that, update it, then run it. Sometimes it helps to do the running part in Safe Mode, (Press F8 before the windows logo comes up after rebooting and select safe mode).

    Good luck.

here is the easiest way to remove bugs from your computer. reboot into safe mode using the f8 key. go into documents & settings. delete all files in temp folders. you may also have to sho all hidden files, folders & extensions. you are mainly looking for files & folders created with date of infection or day before. once you see these delete them(usually some very goofy name or a bunch of numbers) once you have sifted through the folders you can reboot. then download & run Malwarebytes.
If using windows 7 all the above folders are under users.

you may also have to go into the internet properties, connections, lan & remove proxy server.
