Rat snakes are usually feisty and cantankerous. Maybe she was just too cold to be mean.

I don't think so...it was 80 last weekend...I am thinking she was loaded down with eggs and didn't think I was a threat worth fighting.?

Man my memory sucks. Thought it was cold last weekend. Lol.

I don't think I've ever come across a docile rat snake. She does look a little "lumpy", but might just be the way she is laying in your pic. I had no idea when they lay eggs.
