I quit watching Sons of Guns when all the romance stuff started. And American Guns...who in their right mind would pay the prices they charge? I do not watch either show any more. I have watched Top Shot, although it seems too much like Survivor and those other shows I never watch. And I DO like History's TOP GUNS.

These two shows have taught me some valuable lessons.

#1- NEVER, NEVER, NEVER sell your firearms to a shop! They have to really screw you over so they make a high enough mark-up

#2- Any mooron can appearantly be a gun smith. Watching these bumbling idiots makes me feel I can do any mod or custom jobs.

I watch them both, they are over filled with drama, inflated prices... Better than jersey shore or american idol

Yeah, even my wife commented on that move! BTW, $1700 for a M&P with a trigger job and some paint? Shouldn't that easily be under a $1000?

Paige was looking good tonight though....

And that kid CA Shooter! Wow, is CAS really that fast?

The final price on the M&P was $1500 which is still outrageous. The cost of the trigger job was $100 which was OK but the paint cost was stated as $800. Ouch! When they were adding things up they figured the dealer cost of the gun at $500, which seems like it would be a bit high.

The cost for the 1873 was also way expensive but man that kid was fast.

American Guns- $1500 for a Smith M&P with a custom paint job... Ugh..

Sorry if someone already mentioned this travesty, I am watching what I am sure is a repeat.

Edit: Damn it, why don't I read before I post... Any ways, that kid is super fast, stupid fast in fact.

Lol. I figured there would be a blowup over the M&P. Most of the pricing seemed ok until they said an $800 paint job. Should have been solid gold for that price....that seems really steep.

But, but...they didn't make any money!

They made $100, but then spent at least that much with their stupid targets at the end when they delivered the gun.

God I hate the way those gun deliveries end.
