"Sons of Guns" star arrested on child molestation charge

And yet archived forever I'm sure numerous places. He signed and dated it, somewhat odd for a FB post. It's 9am EST and FB says he posted it 8 hours ago, yet he signed it at 9:32p two days ago. Odd.

It hasn't been removed from what I'm looking at on FB. Stephanie is "liking" comments as recently as two horus ago on the post.

I have it saved as well, but I didn't know if I should post it or not, the language is a little harsh, not cussing, but still a little harsh for young ears on a family forum.

What I don't understand, is Stephanie said after the initial arrest nothing bad ever happened, now she's supporting Kris' post where he says something DID happen to her. The problem with hiding prior abuse is it does not help the next victim. There is sure to be some family counseling needed here for a long time to come. Sad all around (if true)

This whole thing stinks on ice. As I understand it, the first arrest came because of the ex wife's accusations. The kid said nothing. Now, the second arrest came about because all of a sudden the girl is corroborating the story, and saying something did happen. If you're being raped, why would you first deny it, then admit you were? This kid could have been coached. Time will hopefully tell. That family has become rich and famous over that show, and perhaps the mother and girl were left out of the financial loop, and are bitter about it. Jealousy, money, and no "share the wealth" attitude could all be in play here.

Also remember that Will was given custody of the kid from day one after the split. Courts don't normally take a child away from their mother unless she is really bad. She didn't lose custody because the court viewed her as a stellar parent. If he was actually abusing her sexually, why wouldn't she open her mouth then, and demand to live with the mother? Why would you agree to live with the abusive parent, then turn around and charge them with sexual abuse after the court ruled for you to live with him? I'm wondering if they Polygraphed the girl yet? There has to be something substantial in order to warrant such horrific charges. These type of accusations can ruin a persons life forever. If they're true he should rot in jail for life. But as of now, let's just say I have my doubts, because of all the back and forth shenanigans. One thing is for sure, high priced lawyers will be all over this like stink on dog .

Aunt Melissa Hayden this is how he heals..and he deserves it as mu cheaper as we all do. He asked me if it was ok to put up, I told him it was. Our lives have been on the table for 5 years. Because many are sexually attracted to "bad boys". They won't admit it, but they are. It's the same reason some guys try to marry strippers, porn stars, and biker chicks. Their bad behavior excites them. How many times have women lived with abusive husbands for years, only to finally divorce them for beating the crap out of them? Then, a year later they remarry, and the new husband is arrested for smacking her around. I remember this exact thing happened to the figure skater Tonya Harding. She divorced her first husband crying abuse after the whole Nancy Kerrigan Olympic fiasco. She later remarried, and less then a year later her second husband was arrested for the same thing. She loves bad boys.

I remember in one episode of the show, that sleaze ball Jesse James showed up at their gun shop. Kris was all pissed off because she was all over him, going for rides on his bike and crap. You can tell those are the type that light her flame. God only knows what went on here, but it's looking worse for everyone involved by the day.

I am not sure I call this "dirty laundry". I see that as someone cheating on someone else, a family member with genital warts, that type of thing. This is abuse and there's some deep seeded issues going around. Kris seems to be wanting to set the record straight against Will's denials through his lawyer. I don't blame him.

I'm sure there is a big revenge factor in it for the kid. After all this is his wife. With that said, give the damning evidence to the courts and prosecuting attorney, not the world. They can't convict anyone. And I'm not so sure by doing what he did, he could have possibly made some of it inadmissible? I'm no lawyer. Perhaps if there are any on this forum, they could chime in on those type of legalities?

Agree totally. There is major dysfunction in that family. Seems like from what we are getting the Will is not right between the ears.

Well this it will be in the media for the next few years. If it is true then his life is over. I would not be surprised to hear about a suicide in the near future. Business, career, reputation, fame and fortune all gone. Pretty sad and pretty sick individual if this all proves true.
