Sorta Screwed Up Mailing Form 1

Mailed my Form 1 to NFA yesterday. I got to the Post Office, threw everything in a Priority Mail envelope, sealed it up and then realized I forgot my post-it with the address. Wrote it down on the envelope from memory, but wrote down 25401 instead of 25405 for the ZIP. 25401 is still Martinsburg, so I hope USPS gets it sorted out.
