    Sphinx makes an excellent CZ clone. The only other clone I would consider is Tanfoglio, but only because they offer some options CZ does not. I would go CZ over Tanfo if there is a comparable CZ.

    Best bet for a high end CZ is probably Indy Gun Club, where Dean suggested.

    I have no advice as to if you should buy a stock 75b and make it what you want or start with a done piece. I myself prefer the challenge of making one what I want.

    A CZ can be modified/upgraded where as some or all of the clones not so much.

    well hey spending less would be great or buying two nice guns inside the budget even better. Is that a custom 1911? i own a pair of colts i really like. Neither is a 9mm so they get shot less just due to ammo costs.

    It is a custom in 10mm with a Hybrid barrel. I did buy it used from the person that built my 2011 for me. He also did the re-color on it and ported the barrel. Just got it back.
