Fun meeting everyone! Lord it was hot.

The 360 range is super neat for run and gun people. Ran some barricade work with an 8mm M48.

What an awesome day. it was hot, but worth it.

We ended up taking over the covered pistol range and turning it into a place to hang out and store our gear instead of shooting there. It helped TREMENDOUSLY for comfort. Don also graciously provided two easy ups for shade on the rifle line.

Lots of folks had fun, and it was great putting faces to the names and having really good conversations. And as usual, problems were had, and others stepped up to troubleshoot and figure it out. I love :ingo:

And I believe two folks liked it so well they stepped up and became members.

We will be having a fall shoot, date TBD. To put an additional twist on it, we may also make it a swap meet as well for those interested in coming out to unload some toys and pick up some new ones.

If you are within 90 minutes of Brazil, its worth it to come check it out. Premier facility to spend an afternoon shooting for an unbeatable price.

I’ve recovered enough from my sunstroke/dehydration to post.

It was a great event and it was good meeting new folks and seeing some of the regulars again.

I hope everyone had fun and the range was looking pretty clean when we left (and I think my nephew and I were the last to leave).

I’m looking forward to seeing the pictures and videos everyone took.

It was awesome to see your cannon fire!
Unfortunately, my Thermal did not record the video. We will have to try again in the fall!

It was awesome to meet everyone and have a good time.

I was on the pistol steel range and didn't see the cannon fire but heard it.

Tough day to be wearing a lot of black (which if I recall you were?) Got to get some lighter colors going when you're going to gun up during sun up.

Yeah. By a little after lunch, I lost all motivation to work. I still have two rifles that need sighted in. LOL

Who was it that found me zipping up in the porta-potty? Admittedly I didn't hit the no-vacancy sign.

'twas a grand ole time and got to practice shooting the heart out of the pistol steel target and the spinner tree.

Someone took a group pic of a bunch of us, has it been posted anywhere yet?

The cannon was fun, thanks for the show and technical details of operation.

My gray man profile continues, as I must have been on the pistol steel range or possibly already gone by the time the group pic got taken.

I'm terrible with remembering names if there aren't name tags - I remember things more visually.

Me, Indyblue on far right. I believe I'm next to 04FXSTS. Beowulf in the straw hat behind the cannon.

I'm the blue guy with the boonie lol
Big thanks again to Beowulf for letting me throw the 5" 300blk (I've nicknamed the Shattler) and 11.5" 556 uppers on his full auto lower. It was great seeing everyone again! Hoping I'll get to make it out for the fall event, too.
    Some full auto videos:

I was also plinking a little with my Ruger 10/22. Just has a Kidd barrel and some slight internal tweaks. Still a factory trigger/everything else. I was impressed that I was plinking these little 2.5" targets at 150 so consistently.
