I purchased a Springfield Loaded a few years back and sent it to the custom shop for a TRP upgrade without the magazine well. It has probably 1500 rounds through it and new night sights this year. It will come with two magazines and the original box. It has sat in the safe for a few years and I just retired and funding a project.
It does not have a full guide rod.
