I think its usmc ammo not sure it comes in a yellow box, reloads should work fine

The good ole Walmart winchester white box ammo shoots just fine through my xdm-40. I reload some and they go through fine too.

Long as ya have the powder and springs right in pistol, reloads work great

Yes...reloads should be just as good or better than factory ammo as long as the reloader is competent.
