Up for sale is my TRP. Wonderful, wonderful 1911. Only selling cause I need some $$ for other gun projects, and I'm switching over to 9mm as well. I know, heresy. Details as follows: Built circa 2011/2012 according to SA's custom shop, and I'm the second owner. Gun was worn when I bought it in 2013. Original owner carried it a lot in the SA holster which generated the wear. Minimal amount of rounds put through it by him though. I have put about 700-800 down the pipe, and it shoots great. The gun is VERY tight, absolutely zero rattle. Rear of the slide is perfectly mated. Trigger breaks right at 4.0lbs and is typical TRP crisp. Slide is quite smooth.
Mods/Accessories
-SA Custom shop visit in 2014. Added Wilson Combat bullet proof wide ambi safety, Wilson Combat medium length solid trigger, 10-8 performance rear sight and dawson fiber optic front. Rear notch is a .140, front is a .125 if I remember correctly (might be a .115). Original three dot night sights included (parts and work approx $300).
-4x CMC 8 round mags, 1x wilson combat ETM. Original SA mags included ($125~).
-Off the grid outside the waistband holster and Off the grid inside the waistband holster. Off the grid single mag pouch and SA double mag pouch included ($60 + $60).
-Wilson combat recoil spring plug and flatwire spring, original two piece guide rod included ($35).
-VZ dirty olive G-10 grips, original SA G-10 grips included ($60).
-Kimber .22 conversion slide and barrel, along with two mags included ($300).
-Midway Olive bag and original SA blue plastic box included.
Gun and mags only: $1175.
Gun and mags + everything else in the photo: $1350 (negotiable)
Trade interests: CZ SP-01 9mm manual safety (plus cash), M&P 5" Core 9mm (plus cash). May consider some really nice .300 blackout AR builds or uppers.
