State Dept. SEX SCNDAL Quietion

In reference to the SEX SCANDAL in the State Department (which Obama does not know exist as usual) is the use of tobacco products a felony or misdemeanor in a government building? I guess it would depend if the abuser is an adult and the victim is a minor. Hey, that's pedophilia.

The State Dept. is a disgrace to America. Everyone who was involved should be prosecuted and those that knew about it should be fired. I want to see Hillary lie her way out of this.
