This movement looks like it will be the tool to start taking back liberty from the Fed. Based on the article, it would seem like states are lining up similar legislation in a variety of areas, and they are falling like in dominoes. I think the fact that many states doing this realize that the "carrot" of Federal Funds (based on State acceptance of federal law and mandates) is going to be drying up soon.
