    If they are a U S citizen and have no ties od any sort to the chinese communist party what so ever i don't see a problem, and if leaving land as inheritance can only be left to the same!!!!!!!!!!!

    If the foreign national is tied to a hostile foreign government as in they are owned by said government like the majority of Chinese companies or act as an agent. I agree with taking property away from them. As it would be barring China and other hostile countries from owning property outright here in our country.
